ASD-Informed Counselling for Autistic Individuals & Families

Important Service Update

In May 2025, we launched a student counsellor pilot initiative offering ASD-informed and neuro-affirming counselling services. We were fortunate to host two student interns who demonstrated strong foundational knowledge and relevant experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families. Their contributions were valued, and the pilot provided important insight as we continue to thoughtfully develop our service model.

In response to increased demand for services, we have expanded our clinical team by onboarding Licensed Counselling Therapists (LCTs). These clinicians are expected to begin accepting new clients in March.

Services provided by our Licensed Counselling Therapists will include detailed receipts that may be submitted to clients’ extended health benefits providers for potential reimbursement. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, and clients are responsible for confirming reimbursement directly with their insurance or benefits provider.

Registration will open in mid-February 2026. For current rates, anticipated availability, or additional information, please contact our office directly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to strengthen and expand our counselling services in a way that reflects professional standards and community needs.

If you are interested in accessing counselling services when they become available, we ask that you to submit a Submission of Interest: https://tinyurl.com/d7z3f3b7
