Affordable, neurodiversity-affirming counselling services, and Psychologist-lead workshops, for autistic individuals, their families, and caregivers.

The Vulnerable Person Registry is a voluntary registry which allows citizens to record vital information pertaining to themselves, vulnerable family members, or other persons in their care.

We provide counselling sessions designed specifically for autistic individuals of all ages, parents, caregivers, and siblings. Each session is person-centred and focused on helping clients build coping skills, navigate challenges, and foster personal growth.
Student counsellor-led sessions are just $40/hour, under the supervision of a licensed therapist—making mental health care more accessible and affordable.

Led by Psychologist Dr. Barbara D’Entremont, this workshop teaches stress-management techniques, self-care planning, and resilience-building exercises to help caregivers maintain emotional balance and thrive in their roles.
